Marina Rodríguez  is a screenwriter, director and writer. Graduated in Advertising and PR, Fiction Scriptwriting at the Escuela de Guionistas de Barcelona, specialist in Dialogue Creation (Showrunners, Barcelona) and Acting Direction (Escuela de Cine de Madrid), permanent resident of the Academia de Cine-Goya Awards and creative for international agencies (DDB, C14, VICE Iberia). This 2023 she writes several chapters for two important series for MOVISTAR + (pending announcement-release), and she premieres her short film RONDA at the Festival D’A. This year Marina also has won the BCN CREA screenwriting grant and the Cine Horizontes Residency in Marseille. 

Screenwriter of CHAVALAS, with nominations at the Goya, Feroz, Gaudí and Círculo de Escritores Cinematográficos awards and Best Movistar + film at the Malaga Film Festival. In 2020 she co-directs and writes LA VELLA LLUITA, candidate for the Gaudí Awards 2020, Honorable Mention of the jury at FEMCINE and selected in more than 20 Festivals. In 2019 she writes 11 chapters of BANY COMPARTIT ( TVE 2). 

She has also co-directed the documentary RAVAL, PLA DE FUGIDA (2012), produced by Parallel 40 for TV3. She is currently preparing his second feature film THE GANG, with Carol Rodríguez.
