Elvira Mínguez (Valladolid, 1965) is an actress, screenwriter, and director. After a successful career in film and television, she began her journey as a writer in 2006 with Hace tiempo pasó un forastero, a short story adapted into a film and awarded at the Seminci. She has specialized in screenwriting, mentoring workshops in Mexico and Spain. In 2023, she published La Sombra de la Tierra, which she adapted and directed as a TV series for Atresplayer, marking her directorial debut. She is currently working on her second novel for ESPASA and developing new audiovisual projects.
